Rate the people you deal with

Once a deal is done, you and the other person can rate each other with 1 to 5 stars and an optional comment. Every rating you receive builds your public profile, and other people see your average next to your name when they browse trips and requests.

When you can rate

You can rate the other person as soon as your deal is over:

• A shipment that travelled on a trip: once it is marked Delivered. The driver marks each one with Mark as Delivered, and when the driver completes the trip with Complete Trip, every shipment on it that was on its way is marked Delivered at once. A shipment that was accepted but never set out is not, and cannot be rated.
• A direct offer on a trip: once the offer was Accepted and the trip is over — the driver completed it or its departure has passed, whichever comes first. From then on the offer can no longer be accepted or changed, and the contact phones are no longer shown.
• A direct offer on a shipment: once the offer was Accepted and the end of the availability has passed.

Only the two people in the deal can rate each other, and each of you rates the other once.

Rate the driver

1. Open the shipment the driver delivered. You are notified when it is marked Delivered.
2. Under Rate Driver, click the star that matches your experience.
3. Change the stars if you want, write a comment if you have something to add, and press Submit Rating.

Rate the client

1. Open your trip and find the shipment you delivered, marked Delivered.
2. Under Rate Client, click the star that matches your experience.
3. Change the stars if you want, write a comment if you have something to add, and press Submit Rating.

Rate after a direct offer

1. Open the trip or the shipment where the offer was made and go to Direct Offers. On a trip that is over, the offer reads This offer is no longer available, and you still rate from there.
2. On the accepted offer, under Rate Driver or Rate Client and the other person's name, click a star.
3. Write a comment if you want and press Submit Rating.

After you rate

Your rating is final. The stars now show the score you gave, and clicking them opens your rating to read, comment included, but you cannot change it or rate the same deal again. The other person is not notified: they find your review on their profile.

Check someone's rating

When you browse Available Trips / Shipments or Available Requests, open one of them, or look at the matching trips and shipments inside your own trip or shipment, you see the average and the number of ratings next to the name of whoever published it. A trip shows how that person is rated as a driver; a request shows how they are rated as a client. Someone nobody has rated yet shows No ratings yet.

Click View profile next to the name to see everything about their ratings.

A person's profile

The profile shows the person's name and photo and two separate sections, Rating as driver and Rating as client. Each one has its own average, its number of reviews and the reviews themselves, newest first, ten per page: who wrote it, the stars, the comment when there is one and the date. A section with no reviews shows No reviews yet.

The profile never shows a phone number or an email address.
