Know who you are dealing with
Every deal ends with the driver and the client rating each other, so everyone you meet on DaleRide arrives with a history.
Rate each other once the deal is done
When a shipment is delivered, or a direct offer you accepted reaches its date, the client rates the driver and the driver rates the client: from one to five stars, with a comment if you want to add one.
How to rate a driver or a client →See a rating before you deal
Every trip and every request shows the average rating of whoever published it, next to their name, while you browse. A trip shows how that person drives; a request shows how they are as a client.
A profile that speaks for you
Each person has a profile any DaleRide user can open, with their rating as a driver and their rating as a client kept apart, and every review newest first. Other people read the comments left on it, but its owner does not, and each person sees their own average in the header of My trips / shipments in each mode. Their phone and their email stay private.
